We took the recommended Kebler Pass out of Crested Butte and over to Cedaredge. Since it is a dirt road we kept our fingers crossed that it wasn’t too adventuresome for us “flat-landers!” It was beautiful! At several points we were surrounded by a forest of aspen trees. It was so quiet you could hear the aspen leaves rustling in the wind. Just gorgeous!

Well we sure do love Colorado. I was a bit disappointed at the price of housing over on the Western slope of the Rockies. We’re going to talk to a realtor tomorrow to se if we can get a better handle on what would be realistic for us.
